Written for a manager who has not bought software like this before. No jargon to trust — every claim below is something you can go check yourself.
Your crew types or says what they did — “greased the bearings on Well Pump 1” — and the Helper drafts a job from it. You see the draft and say yes before anything is saved. Nothing goes into your history without you looking at it first.
Ask a question standing in front of the pump. The Helper looks in the manuals you uploaded, the notes your crew wrote, and your own job history — nowhere else — and shows you the page or the entry the answer came from, so you can check it yourself.
A helper that always sounds sure of itself is not one you can trust with a maintenance decision. These limits are on purpose.
If a step is not written down in your manuals, notes, or jobs, the Helper does not make one up to sound helpful.
"Not in your manuals" is a real answer, not a failure. It is the honest one whenever your documents do not cover the question.
When an answer comes from a note instead of a manual, it is labeled that way. "Sam wrote this" and "the manual says this" are never shown as the same kind of fact.
AguaKeep needs a phone and a browser. It has no control-room hookup and no meter readings to read, because it needs no hardware installed to work.
Every request the app makes is scoped to your district. A test suite checks, every time, that no request can ever cross into another district's data.
Your data lives on Railway, on a Postgres database, hosted in the United States.
Download your equipment, jobs, and notes as spreadsheets whenever you want, from the Team page. You never need to ask anyone first.
If you want your district's data removed, ask, and it is deleted.
You get notice before anything shuts down. Your export keeps working right up to the last day the service runs. And the export itself is a plain spreadsheet file — the kind that opens straight in Excel, not a format only AguaKeep can read.
Everyone can sign in with an email and password. A crew that would rather not manage separate accounts can share one district code instead. A manager can change that code any time, for example after someone leaves.
One flat price per district. Not per person, not per pump, not per question — everyone on your crew is included.
