About
Built for the district with two people and a hundred miles of canal.
AguaKeep keeps track of your pumps, wells, and gates. Your crew says what they did. It tells you what is due next. That is the whole product.
Why we built it
Maintenance software is written for cities — the ones with a control room, an IT department, and a budget for sensors. A small district gets quoted the same system, looks at the price, and goes back to the binder. The binder does not remind anyone.
Meanwhile the person who knows which valve sticks in July is three years from retiring, and none of it is written down anywhere but in their head.
What it does
Your crew types a sentence after a job — “greased Well Pump 1, changed the belt” — and it becomes a record. Your manuals get loaded once, so anyone can ask a question standing at the pump and get the answer along with the page it came from. Once a month, one email lists what is overdue and what is due soon.
No sensors. Nothing to install. A phone and a browser is the whole requirement. The guide walks through what the Helper does, what it refuses to do, and where your data lives.
What it costs
One flat price for the district — not per person, not per pump, not per question. Districts come in every size, so we quote yours instead of publishing a number that would be wrong for most of them. You can start a free trial without talking to anybody. It starts empty — your district, not a demo — and walks you through adding the first machine you take care of.
No setup fee and no contract. Ask us for a quote from the pricing section.
Your records stay yours
Everything you put in comes back out as plain spreadsheets, from the Team page, whenever you want, without asking us first. If you want your district’s data deleted, ask and it is deleted. If AguaKeep ever shuts down, you get notice and the export keeps working right up to the last day.
Talk to us
